Connection, sharing, intellectual exchange: these are the guiding principles behind the Contemporary Cultural Cafés, a new project inspired by the tradition of historic cafés from the 20th century, presented by FOROF, the Roman artistic and cultural space founded by Giovanna Caruso Fendi.
The theme of the first gathering of the Contemporary Cultural Cafés is Freedom.
You will be invited to leave your cell phones behind to embark on a guided tour of the space and the site-specific installation NIMBUS LIMBUS OMNIBUS by Gelitin/Gelatin. This will be followed by a poetic performance on the theme of the evening, curated by Emilio Fabio Torsello and Mara Sabia from La Setta dei Poeti Estinti. The second part of the evening will focus on Silent Reading (please remember to bring your reading material related to the theme of Freedom), accompanied by opportunities for sharing and dialogue. This will include a moment for exchanging impressions and thoughts inspired by the readings, all complemented by a toast provided by RIMESSA Roscioli.
